About the event
Open Beta emerged in May 2020 in response to a context in which the pandemic forced organizations to adapt to a new reality and the need for a new organizational model.
The Beta community in the region responds to these challenges by making available the methodology and our best facilitators to accompany an agile process of discovery and learning.
Beta is a methodology that allows an agile and dynamic work that crosses areas such as user, markets, global challenges (SDG), purpose, values, impact models, business model, commercial strategy, value proposition, structures, type of project, technologies, name, symbol, archetypes, work teams, mentors and form of governance.

What is Beta?
Beta is a tool that allows users to create the roadmap of a project or organization, in a simple and playful way, in order to structure the idea and turn it into a viable prototype; It helps to quickly give shape to an idea to go out and test it and validate it.
Use cards with which you go through the 6 worlds of organization and entrepreneurship, touching on issues related to the user, the purpose, the business model, technologies, the team, among many other things.
